Hamilton’s can arrange everything from crockery, cutlery and glassware to marquee hire and event theming in fact everything you need for a successful catered event.
Hamilton’s staff are trained to the highest standards and it is their professionalism that ensures your event runs smoothly and efficiently.
We can supply a cellar menu and advise on beverage and quantities to suit your event.
Beverage is charged on a consumption basis. This means you are only charged for the beverage that is opened. That means no under or over supply problem.If you would like to supply your own drinks, we can provide a beverage service option including glassware hire, bar table hire and setup, linen tablecloth, ice & containers, supervision of service staff, setup & breakdown of the function and removal of garbage. We know time is precious to most of our clients so we are more than happy to discuss your private catering in full at your home at a time convenient to you. We will discuss every detail and requirements to ensure everything is covered so that you can relax, enjoy and spend time with those all-important guests.

Menus
One of the strengths of Hamilton’s operation is the versatility of our menus. Hamilton’s can tailor menus according to individual taste and specification. We can offer alternatives for your consideration but importantly it is you the client who will determine the overall design of the menu. Hamilton’s success can be attributed to this sensitivity and appreciation of the client’s needs and the delivery of a quality product and professional service.We maintain close relationships with local meat, seafood and fresh farm suppliers who understand our uncompromising standards and have proven their ability with service, quality and by supplying to our requested specifications.
Prices
Our Menus are bespoke for every occasion so we charge accordingly. For a dinner we charge for the chef’s time at a fixed rate then the cost of the meal includes equipment, delivery and service. However this is based on max 10 guests. Party’s over 10 will incur a charge for 1 more chef and also 1 waitress charged accordingly.

Bookings are essential and subject to a deposit and are required a minimum of 5 days’ notice. Any change within the 48 hour period before an event is subject to a 100% charge. In some circumstances we can cater for events with 24 hours notice. We will discuss every detail and requirement to ensure everything is covered so that you can relax, enjoy and spend time with those all important guests.
