Where ever possible Head chef/Patron Carter Williamson and his team source local produce in and around Surrey. Of course, not everything is available locally, so we go a bit further to source some products, but local is always our goal.
A varied menu is offered throughout the year reflecting the seasons and freshest ingredients both matched together with imagination and flair setting a you up for a culinary journey.
