All rooms have Lcd wall mounted televisions with DVD players and built in Freeview. Wireless internet is available 24 hours free of charge. Hamilton’s own Ice cold bottle of water and the chef's homemade biscuits!

Booking information

Children

We can accomodate children to stay and are happy to organise a cot or a z bed where required with advance notice. Please note that rooms are too small to accommodate a 2nd z bed and where possible we will endeavour to put aside rooms next to each other if that helps.

Cots are free of charge to use however z beds are £25 per night extra on the nightly rate

Rates

Rates at the Hamilton’s are per room per night and include taxes. Room rates include a fabulous continental breakfast or you can enjoy a fantastic Full English. Champagne and flowers can also be arranged for your arrival. A deposit will be taken on all room bookings.

Arrival and departure

Check in is from 4pm until 9pm on the day of your stay, hopefully the room will be available earlier so please call us beforehand and we can let you know the situation. Departure is before 11am on your last day, where possible it is usually no problem to stay a little longer but it is dependent on inbound guests.

Loss or damage

Any loss of damage to items listed within the rooms inventory will be charged as required. Hamilton’s reserves the right to charge the full amount for reinstatement of items found to have gone missing or to have been damaged.

Cancellation policy

Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the stay to avoid a penalty charge of the full stay, unless the room is resold. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. First night’s stay will be charged as confirmation of booking.
